Role
The HR Director NL is the business functional leader charged with developing, organizing and executing all HR strategies for the dutch organization. This includes responsibility for the entire employment process, recruitment, employee and labour relations, organizational development, employee compensation, safety, compliance, and employee retention and development. In partnership with the Management Team, drive the HR function by owning the fulfilment of high-performing teams in alignment with company values and leadership principles and the engagement of the workforce.
More specific:
Strategic business partner to the MD and Dutch management team responsible for ensuring functional alignment with the business’ priorities and strategic initiatives
Driving global and EMEA initiatives and programs into the Dutch organization
Represents function and provides appropriate inputs in business’ key annual strategic processes: Annual Budget Plan, Strategic Plan and Annual HR Talent Review
Manages employee issues and grievances to satisfactory resolution and provides guidance to supervisors and managers addressing employee issues and grievances
Develops, implements and maintains processes that ensure regulatory and organizational policy compliance
Ensures organizational compliance with labor laws and guidelines
Coordinates and manages harmonization plans
Manages relationship with employee representative bodies, like work council
Manages and coaches a team of an HR Business Partner and HR Operations
Expertise
Extensive employee relations experience is required
Profound knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Extensive experience in talent acquisition, management and organizational development
Change Management experience
Solid experience in a fast-growing and matrix organization
