YOUR ROLE

Ultimate Goal and Objective

The VP Delivery (VPD) holds global responsibility for Spacewell’s delivery organisation. In close contact with other revenue-responsible Senior Directors the VPD designs and executes the Spacewell delivery strategy.

Guide and steer the delivery Team - Managers in executing the delivery strategy they will use to reach their goals

Provide the delivery teams with a clear set of KPI’s, manage accordingly

Listen – distil – service & guide within, and outside the organisation

Build a, to a great extent predictable project organisation.

Organization Chart / Team

The VP Delivery is part of Spacewell’s Global Management Team and reports to the CXO. He / she is directly responsible for 4 Team Managers and indirectly for over 70 delivery professionals with a global spread, but with a strong emphasis on the Benelux.

Your role as the VP Delivery is best described by the following five key-tasks

Delivery Strategy – design and execution

Billability Management – analyse, action planning, follow up and steering

Customer Satisfaction – managing relationships with partners, customers, colleagues

People Management – leading the delivery teams, facilitating its growth

Risk Management – minimize potential problems, swift de-escalation

BACKGROUND / CANDIDATE PROFILE

BSc / MScA minimum of 10 years in comparable positions

Experienced in project management and IT delivery

Strong affinity with Tech

Track-record in leading multiple teams and preferably in managing managers

Passion for building high performing teams with a strong

People mindset

High stress tolerance

Senior: analytics; creativeness and incident management

Balancing out client needs – revenue push – cost control

Entrepreneurial and scaling mindset

Proficient in Dutch and English
