Interim HR Manager

ILX Fund, Amsterdam

ILX Management B.V. will launch a €1 Billion private credit fund through which institutional investors, initially Dutch pension funds, will co-invest with the global Development Finance Institutions, mainly Multilateral Development Banks in sustainable, high impact loans in emerging markets and developing countries (EMDE). This SDG and Climate Finance targeted investment strategy will focus on global sectors and regions, primarily renewable energy, infrastructure and corporate sectors.

The UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) identify the need for USD trillions of additional annual funding for EMDEs and the need to mobilize long-term private sector capital. Enabling institutional investors to participate in development finance, leveraging the existing DFI capacity, will unlock significant additional investment capacity. The ILX Fund initiative will provide a well-diversified, scalable institutional investment strategy.

Responsibilities

This opportunity provides a uniquely varied role, covering a broad spectrum of Human Resource responsibilities across the manager. The Interim HR Manager will report to the CEO and COO and will be supported by external advisors, agencies and service providers where necessary. This role will be part of an exciting new company and core team with potential for longer term contracts or employment. The current ILX team consists of 8 FTE including the 3 person Managing Board.
