You are the senior sales manager who’s able to build a solid plan on how to approach your markets. 

Without sinking into details and theory, without hiding behind excuses to not take action (yet). 

You are the execution and deal-closing-minded sales professional par excellence.

a sparkplug for both your customers as well as your colleagues and other external parties that FibrXL is working with.

You are always moving forward, thinking of ways to intensify the relations with your customers;

What will you do?

Sales & Relationship Management
You are responsible for customers, prospects, and all sales-related contacts in your geography (several European countries, or parts thereof), i.e.:

  • Being the point-of-contact

  • Taking full responsibility for order processing

  • Consulting and advising, based on extended product know-how and market intel

  • Visiting new prospects (e.g. trade shows and dinners), identifying new opportunities

  • (Cold) calling

Operations
You control all internal processes that enable a swift and highly successful sales process, i.e.:

  • Warehouse: access to the warehouse management system to gain insight into current stock levels and order backlog

  • Logistics: directly requesting notes for transport and updates on the status of orders

  • Production: directly requesting quotes for specific requests, turnaround times, and requesting converting orders

  • Back-office: requesting invoices and responsible for (due) payments

What does FibrXL expect from you?

Besides the fact that you recognize yourself in the description of the one-of-a-kind professional who fits…

  • …you have a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a commercial signature.

  • … you have a proven track record and at least 10 years of senior sales experience in international, B2B, high-volume product settings. Industry knowledge and experience are a plus.

  • …you are a highly skilled multi-level stakeholder manager, able to hit the right note in every situation.

  • …you are willing to travel on a frequent basis, your business is out there and not behind your desk.

  • …you master several languages.
